Lake Heights Public School is a small school with approximately 150 students in six class groups. Our school provides first class learning opportunities and continues to achieve enviable outcomes with students. As an Early Action for Success (EAfS) school, we offer and use the latest learning and teaching approaches including Language Learning and Literacy (L3), Targeted Early Numeracy (TEN), 7 Steps to Writing Success and Focus on Reading (FoR).
There is a strong emphasis on student wellbeing, technology and differentiated learning experiences to connect and engage all learners.
The school community is comprised of students from a range of social and cultural backgrounds. We embrace the diversity that this brings to our learning environment.
The school’s Parents and Citizens group works collaboratively to support the directions the school is moving towards.
